Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
TRACKING SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jshavon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
For your protection we do not make payment, address, style and/or size changes after an order has been placed.
